Is your beef grass-fed?

Our cattle are offered free choice grass or hay from birth to butcher. In the 90 days before butcher, we supplement their diet with a locally-sourced barley grain mix. This combination of grain and hay enhances the flavor and tenderness of the meat, providing you with a delicious, high-quality product.

 

Do I have to buy a quarter, half, or whole animal?

No! You can shop our beef and pork by the individual package. Because our meat is processed at a USDA-inspected facility, we are able to offer both individual packages and bulk beef and pork shares. If all you want is one pound of ground beef, we can help you with that.
