Is your beef grass-fed?

Our cattle are offered free choice grass or hay from birth to butcher. In the 90 days before butcher, we supplement their diet with a locally-sourced barley grain mix. This combination of grain and hay enhances the flavor and tenderness of the meat, providing you with a delicious, high-quality product.
